We do arrange C&F or CIF for clients ease using best airline or sea freight charges depends on volume of order quantity. Minimum orders are accepted 50pcs each style( mix sizes & colors )

We do make several Custom made designs and keep them secret to honor the pact at Super Pact. You can send us your original samples and we resend them with counter samples for approval to win your highest satisfaction before starting our business relations.
SAMPLE ORDER
All sample orders are being charged in advance for total value including Shipping & Handling charges.
We will offer you a special discount of same value of sample ordered during your first order placed. As per our said policy the Sample Order will be free of cost for your after your first order (BUT it will depend on order quantities) , But Freight is paid by customers.
Samples mostly are produced within 5-7days after receipt of final instructions.

As above cited, we Super Pact make secret of clients custom made designs and not disclose for General listing. You can send us your Master sample and or drawing by email and let us take privilege to designed these under supervision of professional & most experience craftsmen of SPI.
WARRANTY
Supep Pact Warranty are limited to manufacturing defects only, in such case product will be repaired or replaced anytime.
SHIPMENT MODES
followings are the suitable standard International methods by which Superp Pact forwarding the Goods to clients,
- By COURIER DHL/ Fedex,TNT, 4-5 days for Europe, For USA/Canada 1 week.
- EMS/DPD within 7-10 working days (door delivery)
- By 2nd Class SAL Air Mail Post Parcel ( Receive the shipment with in 17-20 working days )
- By Air cargo service 3-4days, we made pre-booking for clients orders to get very next flight upon completion so our clients don’t have to wait for transit.
For Container orders by Sea according to specific nearest custom port. Transit varies according to destination. e.g Hamburg port transit time 18-20days, Brussels 22-24days etc
